As realtors, we are often asked what area we specialize in. My first answer is always that I specialize in my clients. While my continuing education is in view/waterfront homes, I am always a student of my clients, listening is my most important specialty.
Once your home is found, or your home is sold...often both happen at the same time...represetation becomes key. Details are important. From the pre approval process to inspection and all the processes through to closing, I won't let a detail or a phone call slip away. The art of negotiation is vital to winning results as well, and having been in business for 20 years as a business owner and manager you can feel confident with me on your side.
