I am very pleased to be working in real estate in the Seattle area. With so much happening in the marketplace currently, it really keeps me on my toes. I am very motivated to provide my clients with the best service possible through my knowledge and abilities without the hard-nosed sales tactics or empty promises. I lend a good ear to my clients’ needs while providing any updates and changes specifically for their neighborhood. I enjoy a good sense of humor and feel the experience of buying or selling your home should also be fun and exciting. If you're selling your home, I use all the latest marketing tools to help do it faster! I advertise on the Multiple Listing Service where over 25,000 realtors search for properties. I also produce beautiful photographs highlighting the best features of your home. I create detailed and interesting descriptions of your home to stir buyers' interests. I look forward to meeting all of your needs and would like to provide my expertise in real estate.
I was born and raised in the Seattle area and graduated from Washington State University. I have enjoyed living in the area and have committed myself to staying in the region. I enjoy working with a variety of clients and understand the importance of such an investment as buying or selling a house. I remain fully accessible for my clients from beginning to end and will answer any of their questions at any time of the day. This is an emotional process and I want to make the experience as easy as possible and eliminate any sleepless nights. I work for my clients and am enthusiastic about my work and want my clients to feel comfortable and trust in me to help meet their real estate needs.
I graduated from Everett High School in 1991, the same school my mom, sister and brother all attended. Shortly after, I moved to Pullman where I spent the next four years at Washington State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology. I moved back to the Seattle area post graduation and worked as a conductor for Burlington Northern Sante Fe for six years. It was here that I decided to change careers. I felt the need to do what I love best, interacting with all types of people. That is how I ended up in real estate. I love the Seattle area and know all the ins and outs of the city and communicate this excitement to my clients. I have fun with my clients and want them to feel comfortable during the process. I love real estate and the people I work with. This job was made for me.
I'm a pretty active person and love all types of sports especially city league soccer, volleyball and softball. My girlfriend and I enjoy playing tennis, walking Green Lake or heading out to North Bend hiking. Don't get me wrong though...I slow it down too with movies, dining out and just taking it easy. But come winter, I utilize the local ski resorts with my snowboarding habit.
