EXPERIENCE
I began my real estate career in 1988 after 15 yrs in a family business. As a Windermere Associate I have available a bridge loan program, several qualified lenders, title insurance companies and inspectors to assist my clients in closing their transactions.
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
From every completed transaction a portion of my commission goes to the Windermere Foundation and/or St.Mark's Endowment Fund, both of which support local schools and families. I also participate in the Windermere Community Service Day and am active on the King County Election Board.
